Originally from Ontario, Cheryl Zebiere knows firsthand that buying and selling a home is about so much more than real estate. As a military spouse for over 26 years, Cheryl has called several provinces home, following her family through postings in Winnipeg, Borden, Petawawa, Trenton, and Gagetown. Having experienced the excitement, challenges, and stress of moving herself, she understands what it takes to turn an unfamiliar place into home.

Today, Cheryl is proud to call the Fredericton/Oromocto area home and is passionate about helping others do the same. While she specializes in military relocation, she loves working with clients from all walks of life, whether they're buying their very first home, moving their growing family, downsizing, or starting a new chapter. Her personal experience with frequent moves gives her a unique understanding of the emotions and logistics involved, especially when children and tight timelines are part of the picture.

Since beginning her real estate career, Cheryl has worked hard to build a business based on relationships, trust, and being there for her clients every step of the way. Her dedication has been recognized through industry awards and office achievements, but what matters most to her is knowing her clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions. Cheryl believes that being a REALTOR® isn't just about opening doors and completing transactions. Before entering real estate, Cheryl spent more than 20 years working in education, including teaching kindergarten for 10 years. That experience helped shape her patient, approachable, and people-first attitude. She understands that every client and every move is different, and she takes pride in making the process feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

Cheryl is proud to be part of the EXIT Realty Advantage team, serving Fredericton, Oromocto, Base Gagetown, and the surrounding communities.
