Cheryl Zebiere, originally from Ontario, is more familiar than most about the struggles and stresses related to buying and selling real estate, residing in three different provinces, as a military spouse for over 20 years. Following her spouse’s career to military bases in Winnipeg, Borden, Petawawa, and Gagetown, Cheryl has done her fair share of buying and selling and has now settled in Fredericton to help others do the same. Cheryl specializes in Military Relocation but is always ready to help any client make that big move or buy that first home.

 Before becoming a Real Estate Professional, Cheryl attended college for Early Childhood Education and has had a career in education for the over 20 years, including pre-school and teaching kindergarten for 10 years with the school board.  Cheryl is proud to be part of the EXIT Realty Advantage team which has been servicing the Fredericton, Oromocto, Gagetown and Surrounding Areas for over 20 years and has received the EXIT award for the highest grossing office 13 years in a row; EXIT also currently holds the highest market share than any other company in our area. When not selling real estate, Cheryl loves to be socializing, whether it’s out in Fredericton’s vibrant downtown or hosting events in her own home. Cheryl’s military life has not quelled her love for travel, having visited destinations including Cuba, Florida, and Thailand and hoping someday to tour Hawaii or Europe. Having a military husband and raising two sons, Cheryl understands the ups and downs clients experience when buying and selling their homes and is passionate about relieving that stress. She’s especially eager to help families move, knowing the difficulty for children to transition from one home to another, and makes it a priority to make buying and selling as easy as possible.
